Sayonara, Vitamin D Deficiency!

I completed my project in the cold, dark basement with enough time left to spend an hour in the garden--planting peas, pulling weeds, and just playing in the dirt. (I'd still be there if I didn't have to pick up My Dearest O.) After enjoying the sunshine, fresh air, and cool soil, I feel like a new person.

I wasn't alone. There are a lot of worms (yeah, earthworms!) and other creeping, crawling bugs working the soil. I haven't spotted any bunnies yet, but I know they're there.

WE had sunshine yesterday and today, too. Isn't it nice to see the sun?

I still have to content myself with starting seeds indoors and checking the daffodils slowly coming up in the garden. It's a month too early to plant anything outside.
