101 Uses for a Ripe Garden Tomato: #26--Grill It!

Last night, because My Dearest O had the grill already heated to make The Best Chicken Ever (whole grilled chicken--photo & story later), I asked him to grill some tomatoes for me. I cut 'em in half & brushed them with olive oil; O grilled them cut side down for about 10 minutes. (They probably could've used a few more minutes, but we didn't want to putz around in the rain anymore.) Sorry, no photos--I was holding the brolly so My Dearest O and the food didn't get waterlogged.

I hope to use the tomatoes in a dish later this week, perhaps as early as tomorrow. Check back.
