BONUS: One Ingredient
Have you ever made your own tomato sauce? If not, you should try it at least once.
I've been making my own tomato sauce and paste (as well as soup--but more on that later) for a few years now, but this is the first time I've made tomato juice.
Let's start at the beginning. You know all those bits and pieces of tomato left over after you slice one for sandwiches a burgers? DON'T THROW THEM AWAY! (That's right, I'm yelling, and for good reason.) You don't want to waste all that delicious tomatoeness, do you?
