As I was taking a photo of tonight's dinner, My Dearest O pointed out that I hadn't posted photos--or anything else--in a long time.
So, I present you tonight's recipe: Moroccan Chicken and Lentils, the recipe for which I stumbled across in my old musty magazine collection housed in the basement and the inspiration for Cooking from the Magazine Archives, a new O-folk tradition.
