It's November 1st, and I no longer can deny that the air is cold, the leaves have fallen, and the long, dark, freezing days of winter will soon be upon us. To commemorate the event, I have decreed the first week in November henceforth to be Soup Week in the Land of O, and during such time soup must be served daily to its inhabitants.
Day One Soup of the Day: Beer Cheese Soup* (an old favorite that I have mentioned before)

*Added extra cheese--a lot of it--and beer. Used real dairy 1/2 and 1/2 too. (Sure hope Dearest O is okay with that...)
