You Say Poh-Tay-Toe?

Because I've never planted them before I can't be certain, but I think this may be a potato seedling newly emerged from the soil.

Assuming these are potatoes, I'm not sure what kind they are. I planted four varieties, and my notes are somewhat, ummh, disorganized. I think they might be Butte (pronounced BEAUT as in beautiful) russets, though. If that's the case, Tim should be thrilled.
