Why I'm not working in the garden today:
It's been cold & raining all week. Today, it's been cold & snowing. The ground's too wet for me to clean up the yard/garden mess or dig my garden beds, and we certainly can't start on the fence either. (Insert whine here.)
According to my carefully planned 2008 Garden Schedule, I should've planted peas last weekend, onions this weekend, and lettuce, carrots, and cabbage next weekend.
Guess I'll have to do housework instead...
