Thanks for the "Feel Good" Comments

In my line of work, you don't always hear good things. (In fact, the folks we deal with are usually angry, scared, confused, worried, frustrated, etc. or, more often, a combination of those.) Today, a gentleman told me that he usually dreads calling organizations such as ours but because I had been so pleasant it had been a "true joy" to talk to me. Yesterday, another gentleman couldn't say enough good things about us--he ended the conversation with "You guys are so cool." (Yeah for us!) Thank goodness for folks like these, who make up for the young lady last week that told me to "blow it out my rhymes with class" (something she must be lacking).
