Move Over, Chef Boyardee!

Saturday Food Experiment:
Ravioli, made entirely from scratch

Using the same basic recipe that can be found on at least 199 websites, I spent the afternoon making homemade ravioli and marinara sauce. (Yes, all from scratch, all by myself!)

It was fairly simple, except for rolling the dough, which was a bit difficult but mostly just time-consuming.
















It was worth all the time and trouble--the best pasta I've ever had, if I say so myself.
