'Twas a good day today.
My Dearest O and I got in line at Star Liquor* just in time to ensure we'd get a pair (and an extra pair for Auntie Susan and Uncle Jim, if they want them) of tickets to this year's Great Taste of the Midwest beer festival. There's not a better way to spend a hot August afternoon, with or without beer.
But wait! There's more. I won the Star Liquor* and Futhermore Beer** raffle for a 1/6 barrel*** of our choice of delicious, refreshing Furthermore beer**. What shall I choose? Proper? Knot Stock? Oscura?
