101 Uses for a Ripe Garden Tomato: #21-Served Naked

The tomato. Not you. Now get dressed!

I can't think of a meal that's not enhanced by a plate of sliced tomato served alongside. If you want you can season the tomato slices with salt and pepper, or drizzle on a bit of balsamic vinegar and olive oil, or sprinkle with some chopped basil, or...

Some tomatoes, though, are great just the way they are.


This Persimmon tomato, served with tonight's grilled bison sirloin steak, is one such tomato.
