101 Uses for a Ripe Garden Tomato: #4--Top Other Stuff

I know, it's not exactly innovative, but it is how we used our tomatoes last night--chopped up and served as a garnish, alongside salsa verde and minced onion, for (my not-so-authentic) huevos rancheros.
