It's certainly been awhile since I've posted about a food experiment.
What makes it experimental? The firsts here are butterflying, stuffing, and rolling a cut of meat. It's marinating in the frig right now.

P.S. You'll never guess what's playing on the radio! Convoy. (If you're under 40, and I'm sure you're not, you won't remember this one.) I can't wait until the pledge drive is over and I can start listening to WPR again instead of the oldies station. (Yes, I already pledged, so don't lecture me.)
