Tale of Two Veggies

Two veggies; same treatment.

Toss new potato* cubes or patty pan squash* wedges w/ olive oil, lemon juice, sliced garlic*, and chopped basil*. Throw in a slice or two of lemon leftover from last night's dinner. Sprinkle w/ sea salt & pepper if you like. Roast about 30 minutes for potatoes; 15 minutes for squash.

For the perfect meal, serve with Jordandal's center cut pork chops, marinated in Happy Pig Marinade and then expertly grilled by your hubby.
