I couldn't resist pulling up an Easter Egg radish that was peeking up out of the ground. Then I figured I'd better pull a few of its buddies to keep it company.
As luck would have it, I managed to pull one each of four different colors: pink, white, red, and purple.
All cut up and ready for my new favorite lunch treat: crackers spread with cream cheese and then covered with thinly sliced radish. Yum yum!
