Food For Thought

Is the rising cost of food a good thing? Check out what the NYT has to say about it.

From the above article, a few thoughts from Alice Waters:

Urging others to eat better (and thus more expensive) food is not elitist... It is simply a matter of quality versus quantity and encouraging healthier, more satisfying choices.
