The verdict? It's okay, just okay. Dave and I agreed on that. It'd be great soup for when you're feeling under the weather, but on a normal day it's missing something, some oomph.The soup was so underpowering that I could taste the lentils. Even though I added a bit of curry before I warmed it, it was still mild. Guess I'll have to try a different recipe another day. If you've got a good one, please send it my way.
All that mess and all those dirty dishes for my poor darling O to wash. Ah well.
